We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Account Manager to join our LifeSolutions team at UPMC. The team is headquartered in downtown Pittsburgh at the U.S. Steel Tower. This position will work in a hybrid model, with a few in office days each week – Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and will involve travel to clients.
The Lifesolutions Account Manager is the lead point of contact who proactively coordinates implementation of Workpartners services, primarily Wellness & EAP, to new accounts; ensures that contracted account services are provided to customer satisfaction during the contract period; explores up-sell opportunities and ensures contract renewal.
