Direct Contract Sales Account Manager (LA, MS) - Healthcare Furniture

This position requires travel and for the successful candidate to live in, or relocate to, the region of Louisiana/Mississippi.

The Healthcare Account Manager will be responsible for representing Wieland products to the healthcare market in Louisiana/Mississippi. Our products are promoted directly to end-user facilities in conjunction with furniture dealerships and architectural and design firm who specify healthcare projects. The Healthcare Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with all buying influences within the healthcare facility, dealerships, and A&D firms.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales growth and market share for Wieland products in Louisiana and Mississippi healthcare markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, dealerships, and A&D firms.
  • Develop and execute a territory business plan, including long-term growth strategies.
  • Present and demonstrate products to a wide range of stakeholders, from executives to end-users.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, CRM updates, and closing deals.
  • Coordinate product launches, pricing updates, and sales support materials within the territory.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare or contract furniture markets.
  • Ability to manage long-term sales cycles and foster lasting client relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; must reside near Indiana with access to major markets.
