About The Role

As a Data Center Technician, you'll work hands-on in our data centers supporting customer requests, installing infrastructure, performing cross-connects, and helping ensure a great customer experience. You'll follow clear standard operating procedures, receive training, and grow your technical skills over time.

This role is open to entry-level through experienced candidates, including veterans and apprentices.

What You'll Do

• Complete work orders from a queue while meeting committed timelines
• Rack and stack customer equipment
• Support installations of fiber trays, ladder racks, cabinets, and basic cage infrastructure
• Perform standard cross-connect installs, terminations, and testing
• Follow cable management standards for fiber, copper, and coax
• Perform layer 1 testing and certification
• Document work accurately in systems
• Support customers on-site with professionalism and care
• Partner with teammates, vendors, operations, and security teams
