What you'll do:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers—building strong, positive relationships through professional and timely communication
• Process and manage customer orders, forecasts, and inquiries to ensure smooth product flow through the supply chain
• Partner closely with internal teams to anticipate and fulfill customer needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve order or fulfillment concerns with creativity and care
• Track and analyze account data, ensuring accuracy in reporting and recordkeeping
• Support payment activities by coordinating with accounts payable and receivable
• Partner cross-functionally to drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
