Experience / Skills:

  • Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; BS in a technical discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Engineering) strongly preferred.
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Skill / Competency: Organization, Priority Setting & Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and objectives simultaneously. Proven track record of setting priorities effectively and aligning activities with sales management objectives.
  • Drives Results: Consistently achieves results, even in challenging situations. Demonstrates energy, persistence, and a strong sense of ownership. Maintains focus on outcomes, meets deadlines, and applies extra effort when required.
  • Negotiation: Effectively negotiates with internal and external stakeholders. Resolves differences with minimal friction, secures concessions without damaging relationships, and quickly builds trust with counterparties.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business objectives, performance metrics, and results-driven decision-making. Knowledgeable about current and emerging policies, practices, trends, and market dynamics impacting the business and organization.
