Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Project Manager to lead and drive complex initiatives, with a particular focus on Master Data Management (MDM) implementation. This role requires a dynamic leader who can manage cross-functional teams, engage with senior leadership, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-level projects.
Skills and requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with MDM tool implementation (ideally Proficee).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated experience working with external vendors and managing third-party relationships.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SPM).
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data principles.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for MDM tool implementation and other strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align project goals with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, executive briefings, and stakeholder updates.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance standards, and data management best practices.
