Customer Service/Inventory Clerk

Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service/Inventory Clerk for a leading organization in Ann Arbor MI. This position is On-site. We have job openings: 1st shift 7am -330pm OR 2nd Shift- 11am-7pm. Pay for this position is $19/hr.

As a Customer Service Rep you will:

• Bill shipments with applicable tariffs and pricing
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Monitor progress of delivery routes and communicate this with the customers
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry and billing
• Monitor Inventory and work with Warehouse team to track over/shorts and dispose of damaged product

Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School or GED
• Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements
• Positive Attitude

Experience with the following is a plus:

• Inventory Control
• Previously worked in Transportation
