Customer Service Representative
Location: Dulles, VA
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary: Adecco is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced distribution environment in Dulles, VA. This temp-to-hire role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, accurate order processing, and coordination with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Process customer orders accurately and track delivery status
- Coordinate shipments, logistics, and sample requests with internal teams
- Handle product returns, exchanges, and claims per company procedures
- Prepare shipping and billing documentation for invoicing
- Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems
- Provide product information and resolve customer issues
- Partner with sales and warehouse teams to support customer satisfaction
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
