Position Overview

This is a high-volume, customer-facing role supporting customers through accurate and timely parts ordering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls related to parts inquiries and orders
• Accurately enter and process parts orders from customers and dealers
• Work directly with customers to provide responsive, knowledgeable service
• Communicate with shipping companies to ensure timely, cost-effective deliveries
• Partner closely with the parts fulfillment team to ensure accuracy and on-time shipment
• Support shipping cost-saving initiatives and logistics planning
• Assist in planning and executing parts sales programs for dealers
• Serve as a key point of coordination between customers, fulfillment, and internal teams

Requirements Qualifications

Prior experience in parts ordering, customer service, or a related role preferred. Experience in agriculture, equipment, manufacturing, or industrial environments is a plus. Strong communication skills and comfort handling frequent phone interactions. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. High attention to detail and accuracy. Team-oriented with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
