What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for booking requests and logistics coordination.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Launch transportation workflows that align with customer needs and internal standards.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Track shipments across multiple carriers—steamship lines, trucking vendors, and railroads.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings and departmental KPIs.
  • Respond to calls and emails with professionalism and urgency.
  • Keep systems updated with order and shipment details.
  • Support dispatch coordination and follow-ups.
  • Digitally organize documents and maintain daily logs and schedules.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
