What you'll be doing…
As a Verizon Business Group Marketing and CX Technology Specialist, you'll be responsible for enabling real-time marketing (RTM) and customer experience (CX) capabilities and other innovative initiatives. You'll work as a part of the Marketing and CX Technology team to build out technology, processes, data flows and reporting to support RTM and CX across the marketing organization. Working closely with stakeholders and partners, you'll develop RTM and CX use cases based on business needs and a roadmap for future development. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure real-time behavioral triggers are captured and the data needed to power campaigns is available. You'll be part of the AI, Martech, and Personalization team.
