Would you like to be part of the number one European security multinational? We are looking for a Customer Experience Operator to join our team in our Rome office.

As a Customer Experience Operator, you will be placed in the Portfolio Customer Life Value department, whose objective is to manage the customer experience throughout the customer's life cycle, combining the flow of information from outside with that from within.

What you will do:

  • Contact with the sales network and other departments for the analysis of pending situations;
  • Actions of caring and management of needs emerged in the customer satisfaction survey;
  • Management of administrative requests of the customer with the support of the relevant departments;
  • Telephone interviews to collect information about the customer's experience in the onboarding phase.

The knowledge and experience we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in the role of telephone operator;
  • Good knowledge of the main computer tools;
  • Strong aptitude for problem solving.

What you will need:

  • Strong orientation to customer management;
  • Excellent relational and communication skills;
  • Proactivity and intuition.

The contractual and salary framework will be evaluated based on the experience gained and/or fixed-term contract aimed at integration into the company.

At the beginning of your journey in Verisure Italia, you will be included in an onboarding process to support your integration into the company and you will access ad hoc training paths to enhance your skills.

Contract type: fixed-term contract for 6 months finalized to transformation to indefinite.

Working hours: full-time 40 hours per week, on shifts from Monday to Friday.

Work location: Rome (Eur area) with the possibility of working remotely.
