We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join our Customer Service department at Verisure Services in Newcastle. This is a role where you will support customers by handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high quality customer experience at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service within an inbound contact centre environment
• Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively
• Respond to customer enquiries clearly and accurately
• Support customers with invoices and process payments over the phone
• Make outbound calls when required to update customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

Skills and Experience

• Ideally at least 1 year's experience in a customer service environment
• Strong communication skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Confident multitasker with good IT skills, including MS Office
• Customer-focused and passionate about delivering a high-quality service
• Strong active listening skills
