Your tasks

In the Service Administration department, you will be the central contact person for our customers and ensure the smooth operation of our service processes.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Creating offers for maintenance and repairs
• Processing and managing customer orders
• Maintaining and updating customer portals
• Supporting service tenders
• Coordinating and processing commissioning
• Processing customer inquiries via phone and service hotline as well as in the CRM system Salesforce / ServiceMax
• Processing service and workshop orders
• Creating long-term guarantees
• Processing device exchanges within the scope of warranty cases
• Creating credits
• Close coordination with internal departments and our field service technicians to clarify and forward complex issues
• Ensuring a structured and timely processing of all service processes in the system

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, good English language skills
• Experience in an industrial or technical environment is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact and a strong service orientation
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working method
• Team skills and confident communication in dealing with internal and external contacts
