Reporting to the District Sales Manager, Ross O'Rourke, the Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for directly selling parts and services to municipal water and wastewater treatment plants within the South-Central region of the US, which consists of the following states (TX, MS, LA, AR, OK). You will manage the customer relationship through the lifecycle of UV systems, from introducing new customers to consumables to ongoing services and upgrades and expansions within existing customer accounts. Your work will consist of outbound customer calls and tracking, with occasional travel to the US. The Inside Sales position is located at our head office in London, Ontario, Canada, and is a hybrid role, with a minimum of three days at the office and two days at home.
This position is part of the Municipal Aftermarket Parts & Services located in Guelph, Ontario, Canada and will be hybrid.
