Customer Service Specialist

About the Role
As a member of our team of customer service specialists, you will take care of the business and individual Latvian customers, working with agreed procedures and tools. You will be able to get involved in ongoing projects but also be their initiator. We offer you extensive access to knowledge and are happy to support you in your individual development.
Your Responsibilities
- Professional service for business and individual Latvian customers
- Execution of the order process and preparation of commercial offers
- Handling customer inquiries, advising on the products offered and logistical issues
- Registration and handling of customer complaint processes
- Actively proposing and implementing new solutions to build business relationships with customers
- Participation in the implementation of projects improving processes within the department
- Conducting consulting talks with customers on selection, installation, operation or repair and maintenance and building brand awareness
- Operational support for logistics activities
- Operational support in processes related to the Master Product Date
- Preparation of sales analyses, reports, presentations
- Working with SAP and CRM (ASELite)
- Close cooperation with Sales and Technician
Our Requirements
- Min 3 years' experience in the customer service area
- Attitude to understanding the client's needs, the ability to actively listen
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to work on several tasks at the same time
- Independence, regularity, and good organization of work
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the SAP system is welcome
- Very good knowledge of English (min B2) and Russian
- Knowledge of Latvian is welcome
- Knowledge of the CRM program is welcome
