VCA South Shore (Weymouth) Animal Hospital seeking an experienced Client Service Professional to join our active management team as Customer Service Supervisor. In this leadership role, you will work closely with other department supervisors and managers to develop company protocols, direct procedural change and mentor our support staff. The right candidate for this job would be an enthusiastic and outgoing personality that loves people. This person will join a team of supervisors to help guide, train, and nurture our ever growing front desk administration team. Working side by side with the team, the Customer Service Supervisor will interact directly with the clients as well as be a part of our leadership team working to develop and drive hospital initiatives to continue to make us a premier 24-hour emergency/referral/multi-specialty and general practice. Candidates would preferably have a minimum of 2 years experience managing teams of 20+ team members.
