VCA Mueller Pet Medical Center is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our compassionate team. As an AAHA-accredited, progressive, and bustling 24-hour emergency and general practice veterinary hospital, we pride ourselves on a culture of excellence, collaboration, and care. With 14 dedicated doctors and a talented support team, we are committed to providing the highest quality veterinary services to our community.
About the Role
The Client Service Representative is the welcoming face and vital anchor of our hospital. In this full-time, multifaceted role, you will set the tone for every client interaction, building trust and fostering confidence in our hospital's expertise. We seek an individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, can think on their feet, and handles challenging situations with both professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and guiding clients through the visit processes.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless client communication.
- Initiate outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and outreach to prospective clients.
- Present and explain hospital fees, process payments, and provide clear information on financial matters.
- Recommend, select, and assist in obtaining products and services, including prescription needs for pets.
- Manage and organize medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Maintain front office cleanliness, including the removal of animal waste, ensuring the facility presents a welcoming and sanitary environment at all times.
