What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of our practice
- Greet clients and manage check-ins/check-outs with professionalism and warmth
- Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client communications
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate closely with medical staff to ensure seamless care
- Help maintain a calm and organized front office environment—even on the busiest days!
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a veterinary or medical reception role
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
Proficiency with veterinary practice software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate

Compensation Range: $17.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience
