We are looking for a personable yet highly professional Client Service Representative to join our team in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets. Candidates must be a reliable self-starter and motivated by a challenging, fast-paced environment. Strong candidates will have prior customer service experience, a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor towards both animals and people, will be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task and can demonstrate the important and understanding of high quality customer service.
As the face of VCA Palo Alto Animal Hospital, our Client Service Representative (CSR) sets the tone for our practice as we build and maintain each pet owner's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for multiple facets of client communication:
VCA Animal Hospitals offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, pet care discounts, paid vacation, holidays and sick days, health and well-being programs that provide resources and training. Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. The pay range for this position is $21 to $24 / hour.
