This position will provide strategic direction, and tactical efficiencies associated with VUMC IT Workplace Services device and service life-cycle of tools/solutions including Desktop Devices and Peripherals, Print, Mobile, and non-clinical devices (barcode and document scanners, cameras....) This position leads the growth and maturity of solutions provided by IT. This position provides a critical need to support and implement new initiatives for VUMC IT including Centralized Device Management, Endpoint Privilege Management, and Asset Management. The position is responsible for reducing downtime to systems/tools, communicating solutions and changes for leadership and end users, creating/expanding service catalogs and end user portals, enhancing solutions for clinical staff and research communities, and standardizing repeatable solutions aligning with Enterprise IT initiatives.
