Valeo Holding Group - Shared Service Center A Shared Service Center covering areas such as Finance/Accounting, IT, HR, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Management. The Center's scope includes all production plants in Poland as well as selected locations across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• E-PROC Maintenance: Manage the e-procurement tool, its interfaces (e.g., Puma), and daily application maintenance.
• L2/L3 Support & Escalation: Handle Level 3 support issues, manage escalations with software editors, and supervise the Level 2 support team in India (bi-weekly reviews).
• System Evolution & Deployments: Analyze business requests, run functional tests for new features, participate in global projects (O2C & P2P), and manage deployments of new sites together with the GISOCC (Internal Support) team.
• Documentation & Access Rights: Create and maintain user documentation. Work with internal audit to regularly review access rights and user roles in the applications with IS SSC teams.
• Internal Compliance: Ensure application standards are met and support internal control processes regarding user permissions and security.

Requirements

• Experience: Solid background in IT Support focusing on E-Procurement tools. Experience with SAP (MM/SD) is considered a strong plus.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience in interface management and functional analysis.
• Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily global collaboration.
• Availability: Ready for occasional travel to France for training and project meetings.
