Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented customer service representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately.
• Document interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
