You will answer inquiries from various stakeholders, including customers, potential customers, financial institutions, business partners, and internal customers. The position requires processing telephone requests for account information and application processing, maintaining knowledge of comparable and competitor products, and responding to email and written inquiries. It also involves the maintenance of existing accounts, requiring research, analysis, verification, reconciliation, and appropriate account actions in accordance with established servicing guidelines.

Work Environment:
