Advisory Client Services Representatives interact with clients daily, serving their needs, answering any questions they may have, and initiating pro-active outbound calling efforts.
Advisory Client Services Representatives must be knowledgeable of complex USBAM products, associated services, and impart this knowledge to our clients. Typically, Advisory Client Services Representatives are the first line of contact for client service requests. They should understand financial markets and how markets impact our products, services, and clients. Advisory Client Services Representatives work extensively and collaboratively with other members of the Client Service Group and the Relationship Management Team, with the goal of supplying superior client service that will enhance the client experience and grow assets in our programs and products. This position is expected to interact directly with clients, primarily through phone and email.
