Implementation Team Manager

The Implementation Team Manager participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. Participates in training users and evaluating the project. Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance.

  • Strong partnership mindset with Sales and Relationship teams, with a clear understanding of sales motions, client expectations, and revenue objectives. Able to translate sales commitments into executable implementation plans while proactively managing scope, risk, and client expectations.

  • Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a track record of striving to exceed performance metrics related to implementation timelines, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Comfortable owning outcomes and driving continuous improvement across people, process, and delivery.

  • Excellent communicator and influencer, able to engage effectively with frontline teams, senior leaders, sales partners, and clients. Skilled at simplifying complex concepts and building trust across diverse stakeholder groups

Basic Qualifications

  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience

Location: Minneapolis, U.S. Bank Plaza

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside of the location for the other days.
