Assist Information Technology Officer in maintaining, implementing and administering all aspects of the bank's IT policies and procedures. Assist users in resolving problems through diagnoses and discussion. Take the necessary steps to research, isolate and resolve problems.
Respond to employee calls to solve routine software, hardware, and procedure problems.
Coordinate and assist with installation of hardware and software and implementation of procedure changes.
Install and configure peripheral equipment, load and configure operating systems, databases, or applications.
Responsible for operational procedures on computer and maintenance of computer hardware.
Perform basic security functions as required. Including but not limited to, employee set up, password resets, system unlocks, etc.
