We are seeking a Technical Account Manager / Sales Support professional to help bridge the gap between sales, product, and customers for our commercial real estate technology platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, translating business goals into technical solutions, and supporting a fast-moving SaaS sales process. You will partner closely with Account Executives and customers to demonstrate product capabilities, guide technical discovery, and ensure prospects and clients understand how our platform can solve their data and analytics challenges. This role blends Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, and Solution Consulting, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and technical problem solving.
