Senior Account Executive (AE) - Manufacturing

As a Senior Account Executive (AE) focused on the Manufacturing vertical, you'll play a key role in growing our client base by connecting organizations with Brightly's software solutions. This is a consultative sales role where you'll lead the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing-with support from a collaborative team and dedicated SDRs.

What you will do:

  • Drive new business by selling Brightly solutions to manufacturing clients in your territory.
  • Build relationships through outbound outreach and follow-up on marketing and SDR-generated leads.
  • Use tools like SalesForce to build personalized outreach cadences.
  • Lead impactful product presentations and demos with support from solution consultants.
  • Manage your pipeline and forecast accurately using SalesForce.
  • Guide prospects through their buying journey-from discovery to negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop fresh strategies that drive long-term success.

What you need:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Proven success managing a full sales cycle and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Curiosity and drive to learn, grow, and improve.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with the manufacturing industry.
  • Prior success in a role with quota achievement.
  • Formal sales training or certifications.
