Senior Customer Account Planner

Ensure a seamless customer experience by coordinating order execution and delivery across our refined oils business. As a Senior Customer Account Planner, you will manage order entry and scheduling while partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Transportation teams to align supply with customer needs. Your ability to coordinate across functions and respond to changing demands will help ensure timely, accurate deliveries and strong customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, solutions-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong partnerships to support operational success.

The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • This position is responsible for the successful execution and coordination of entering orders and scheduling delivery of refined oils to Perdue's customers.
  • This individual will work directly with sales, operations and transportation to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Process and manage customer orders for the Agri-Foods business unit.
  • Coordinate rail and truck logistics with operations and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
  • Proactively respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone and/or email, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, accounting, operations, and transportation to enable efficient decision making and resolve issues.
  • Execute on the validation, communication, and execution of customer service strategies.
  • Engage with departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Provide backup support for team members as needed.
  • Participate in a rotating evening and weekend coverage schedule to support customer service needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Five+ years of work experience in customer support, logistics or related role.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
  • May require periodic travel to customer locations.
  • Occasionally on call rotating weekends remote work.
  • Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
