We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Account Executive to join our Client Services team. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships within the financial services vertical. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes initiative, builds strong client partnerships, and proactively seeks opportunities for organic growth. They possess a deep understanding of the client's business objectives and are skilled in developing high-level strategic plans that drive performance-focused outcomes.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day client management hyper focused on ensuring continuous alignment between client's needs and agency team contributions.
Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure timely execution of deliverables that meet strategic requirements and exceed quality standards.
Facilitate client moments whether we are presenting work, discussing status, or workshopping.
Contribute to client requirements gathering sessions and briefing sessions and assisting client leaders with follow up.
Add value through your business acumen, attention to detail, and deep industry knowledge, while consistently delivering against Razorfish's high standards for flawless execution.
Keep current on industry and marketplace changes influencing the clients' business.
Proactively respond to client queues to initiate conversations with the team on ways we can further help our clients.
Participate in discussions on how we might be able further help our clients either proactively or through supporting the creation of sales materials.
Support Account leads in creation of SOW/SCO documents; may work closely with Program Management and Account lead(s) to fill in any gaps.
Contribute to financial management and billing process.
Support and contribute to pipeline (Salesforce 360) management.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing digital projects including in a digital or advertising agency.
Able to manage complex, performance-driven engagements with clarity, confidence and professionalism.
A self-starter who is flexible and adaptable to evolving situations and needs.
Proactive in identifying opportunity areas and brings a solution-oriented mindset to everything they do.
Able to build and nurture strong relationships with clients, internal teams and partner agencies.
High attention to detail with strong time-management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills - communications are clear, concise and drive action.
Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Compensation Range: $59,850 - $78,800 (annually). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
