The Sales Coordinator team sits within MetLife Group Benefits and supports the Distribution Wholesaling & Support organization. In partnership with an assigned sales team, Sales Coordinators help improve sales productivity by strengthening core processes and ensuring key deliverables move forward on time. The team plays an essential role in sales operations-supporting proposal activity, coordinating internal inputs, and helping ensure accurate handoffs from proposal through notification of sale and closeout. Sales Coordinators work closely with sales roles and internal partners to help keep work organized, tracked, and completed efficiently.
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing coordination and operational support that helps sales teams deliver a high-quality proposal and sales experience, from initial request through sale notification and closeout, across the 100-4,999 employee segment.
