Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team in De Pere, Wisconsin. This role is vital to ensuring smooth order processing, inventory coordination, and administrative support for our sales team across multiple product lines. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to sales team members and managers
  • Prepare, process, and track order confirmations, pricing quotes, and lease contracts
  • Coordinate inventory assignments, parts orders, and shipping logistics
  • Manage GMP contracts, invoicing, and sales reporting (weekly/monthly)
  • Schedule and coordinate vendor training sessions and associate travel arrangements
  • Handle company purchasing, credit card reconciliation, and general office duties
  • Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
  • Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
  • Prepare sales contracts and order forms
  • Provide customers with product samples and catalogs
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales
  • Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports
  • Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
  • Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences
  • Obtain credit information about prospective customers
  • Arrange and direct delivery and installation of products and equipment

Other Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of administrative, customer service, or sales support experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); MS Access a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
  • Experience in transport refrigeration, trucking, logistics, or service operations a plus
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
