Territory Account Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our growing sales team and oversee the North Region. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, fostering relationships with both existing and potential clients, managing detailed profiles for key accounts, and bringing power generation experience to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this role would reside in the Philadelphia, PA or Boston, MA area.

Prepare quotations and process orders based on customer specifications. Plan and schedule customer visits. Collaborate with operations to ensure customer orders and expectations are met efficiently. Drive new business by identifying opportunities with both new and existing clients and closing sales. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate profitable sales. The expectation is to be customer facing 60% of the time. This could be for tradeshows, customer site visits, presentations, etc. Other duties as may be required to support the team as required by the Company's needs. Three to five years of sales experience in the temporary power generation industry (preferred). Cooperative and collaborative attitude with both internal and external customers. Strong work ethic and dependability. Ability to learn and adapt to new areas, offering flexibility when needed. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong business development, needs analysis, and closing skills. Exceptional listening skills and ability to respond to customer needs. Proven relationship-building and networking skills. Excellent task and time management abilities. Strong technical background, with power technologist or electrical trade certification and a solid mathematical aptitude. Understanding of temporary power products and services. Flexible schedule and ability to work beyond regular hours when needed. Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an asset). Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure. Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent telephone etiquette. Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively within both the Sales and Operations teams. High level of professionalism and maturity. Valid Driver's License required. Ability to take direction, accept responsibility, and meet deadlines. Journeyperson Electrician certification (considered an asset). Experience with SAP B1 ERP system (considered an asset).
