Partnering, consulting, advocate, and communicating with key existing client management and internal stakeholders
Identifying, planning, and executing growth strategies and tactics for existing clients
Assist in the retention/re-bid RFP process with current customers
Support and assist operations with tracking and recording all escalations within our existing client base
Account visitation with operations to identify additional opportunities
Presenting information to the client during key meetings and reviews. Facilitate the QBR/CBR process with operations
Facilitate internal growth through cross selling and expansion
Possess knowledge of ABM full suite of services and capabilities to ensure we are enabling awareness to our customers
Grow the market through new business sales, working assigned hunting targets
Expected to meet and exceed fiscal quota
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent level of professional experience
Minimum of 4 years of major account experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the services sector
Ability to travel up to 50%
Required Skills:
Ability to communicate and present effectively to all levels including executive
Ability to present to groups
Strong knowledge and experience in account management within the facilities services industry
Successful track record in selling and/or growing large, complex accounts required
Build relationships with existing clients to maintain present sales and to facilitate add-on business and services
Represent Company at local or regional conferences or at National meetings and trade organizations
Must have the ability to solve problems quickly as well as manage multiple accounts over a large geographic area
Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software, Salesforce a plus
Knowledge of assigned territories
