This role will be responsible for overseeing the life cycles of multiple internal and external facing creative projects while helping to build and maintain client relationships. This role will create and maintain project scopes, timelines, budgets, resources and mitigate risks, while managing and prioritizing multiple enterprise level projects simultaneously. This role will collaborate with the Creative & Brand Marketing team to deliver high quality and efficient implementations to clients. This position is Chicago-based hybrid, requiring at least two days per week in office.

Project Manage Brand Marketing Efforts:

Manage complex projects, timelines, budgets, and resources needed to complete requests

Gather and understand client requirements, project goals and desired strategic outcomes

Review and oversee monthly client billing reports

Provide forecasting information to the Finance Analyst for new and ongoing projects

Proactively identify and mitigate risks, which includes projects and resource management for the branding team

Trouble-shoot and resolve issues

Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating efforts of all contributors (ie: print vendors, fulfillment, photographers) required to complete projects

Build and maintain client relationships

Understand clients' lines of business and communicate information accurately and effectively between the clients and print team

Collaborate with resources within Brand Marketing as well as subject matter experts from other (United and vendor) creative and production teams:

Coordinate and uphold relationships with strategic partners, external vendors and numerous internal stakeholders

Discover, analyze and recommend new approaches and techniques to print medium

Collaborate with design resources to ensure that results are consistent with the brand standards, design best-practices, technical specifications and established project requirements

Establish alignment and execute against legal, brand and editorial team's standards and processes

Work with cross-functional teams in a creative environment and foster open communication

Interact with all levels of client management, including the Executive level

Coordinate with strategic partners, and numerous internal stakeholders

Coordinate design and products with digital team when appropriate

Supervise contract project management resources as required

Train resources on process and procedures

Reporting and post-project analysis:

Hold project debrief sessions internally and with select clients

Look for areas for continuous improvement and lead implementation

Qualifications:

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree

3+ years of professional experience as a project manager, producer or account executive

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to learn new software

Technical knowledge related to digital tools and processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Pro, CMS platforms and online collaborative tools

MS Project or similar project management software

Knowledge of the pre-press and printing processes and methods

Project management knowledge (manage resources, budgets, timelines, scopes, information/content flow)

Ability to develop materials that are attuned to the overall strategy/purpose of the communication

Relies heavily on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Analytical thought process with high integrity

Execution and process oriented, forward thinking, diligent and creative

Capacity to deliver against quality, timing, and cost targets

Trustworthy with material confidential information

Able to work effectively and efficiently in cross-functional teams

Strong project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects

Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills; promotes open communication within the department

Highly effective in a fast-paced environment; works well under pressure

Account executive knowledge (build and maintain client relationships)

Multitask and prioritize

Mitigate project risks

Continuous improvement (processes, collaboration)

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship

Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification

Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous work experience at an agency or large corporation a plus, but not required. 5 years of professional experience preferred.

Adobe Workfront a plus

The base pay range for this role is $79,800.00 to $103,966.00.

The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
