PR Account Manager

We are looking for a motivated and reliable PR Account Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work remotely with a flexible schedule while supporting our marketing department in promoting the company across digital platforms.

In this role, you will help manage the company's social media presence, coordinate marketing activities, and assist with administrative and financial tasks related to advertising operations. Training and guidance will be provided, so candidates with transferable skills or non-traditional professional backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and publish engaging social media content and campaigns
• Maintain the company's presence across social media platforms and support brand reputation
• Assist with managing advertising budgets and coordinating payments to contractors
• Help process company-related banking transactions and ensure payments are handled on schedule
• Prepare basic financial or activity reports when required
• Communicate regularly with your assigned manager for guidance and task coordination

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Basic financial literacy and comfort working with budgets or administrative tasks
• Clear communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Education & Background:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Additional education such as an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is welcome but not mandatory.
• We value a combination of education and practical experience, and equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
• Candidates should be able to successfully complete a background screening confirming no serious criminal history.
• Employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background and credit check, where permitted by law.
