We are looking for an organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Order Entry Customer Service Specialist in Rosedale, Maryland. This is a contract-to-permanent position. Responsibilities:

Process and manage customer orders accurately using a proprietary Oracle-based system.

Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely communication with drivers and customers.

Pick and prepare orders for customer pickups with precision and efficiency.

Partner with internal teams, including warehouse, logistics, sales, and credit, to ensure smooth operations.

Handle customer inquiries and provide follow-up to confirm deliveries and resolve issues.

Maintain accurate pricing and purchase order data while ensuring proper documentation.

Build lasting client relationships by upselling products and promoting additional services.

Adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges with professionalism.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or operations within a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in order entry systems, with prior experience using Oracle or similar software preferred.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and internal teams.

Ability to multi-task effectively and adapt to shifting priorities.

Sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to upsell and nurture client relationships.
