Entry Level It Technician
We are looking to hire two entry level IT technicians supporting our customer.
One resource is needed at 5289 Vine St, St Bernand, OH.
One resource is needed at 8700 Mason Montgomery Road, Mason, OH.

Skills and requirements:
-2+ years in a help desk, desktop support, or technical support role
-Great customer service skills, and comfortable supporting customers over chat, email, phone, and in person
-Experience remotely logging into devices for troubleshooting
-Experience working in a ticketing system, preferably Service Now
-Prefer experience working with IT hardware, even better if that experience is printers
