English-speaking reps: $17/hour

Contract-to-Hire
Schedule
Training (First 30 Days): On-site | 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Post-Training Hybrid Schedule:
10:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Hybrid eligibility based on performance (adherence, quality, attendance)
No time off allowed during the first 6 weeks
Responsibilities
Handle 35-45 inbound calls/day (average call time: 11-14 minutes)
Assist borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions with homeowners insurance servicing inquiries
Address payment and coverage questions
Navigate multiple systems to research and document calls
Maintain high standards of accuracy, professionalism, and problem-solving
Must-Have Skills
1+ year recent customer service experience (call center preferred; front desk/admin acceptable)
Basic computer literacy (70%+ on test)
Typing speed: 35+ WPM
Strong verbal and written communication
Reliable internet connection (for remote work)
Reliable transportation
Nice-to-Haves
2+ years call center experience
Background in insurance or mortgage
Experience with companies like Flagstar Bank, UWM, Rocket Mortgage, Teleperformance, Concentrix, Dialog Direct, Macy's, Starbucks, Target, Publix
Disqualifiers
No recent relevant experience
No internet connection (unless willing to work fully on-site)
Inability to work in-office
Poor communication skills
Need for time off in first 4 weeks

Call center setup with dual monitors, wired headsets, and personal storage
Casual dress code: jeans and shirts (no graphics or rips)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
