We're looking for a motivated Lead IT Technician to provide on-site support for client environments across Frederick Maryland. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2+ years of technical support experience who's ready to take the next step while continuing to grow their skills.
Deploy, support, and troubleshoot multi-factor authentication (MFA) for end users, primarily on mobile devices.
Work with Microsoft or Cisco Duo (experience preferred) and other MFA solutions.
Provide Tier 1–2 support for laptops, tablets, and other end-user technology.
1–2 years of IT support/helpdesk experience, including MFA deployment at the user level.
Familiarity with Cisco Duo or similar MFA tools.
Strong customer-service and communication skills.
Clean driving record and dependable vehicle (required for site visits).
Ability to pass a background check.
