What are we looking for?
The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key business accounts throughout the America region. The successful candidate will be well versed in both servicing clients' needs, retaining business and further developing accounts through both cross and up-selling. With the role supporting our Standards Solutions, a background in SaaS or software-related Account Management would be highly beneficial.
