Investment Services Account Manager

Responsible for the management and oversight of Investment Services accounts of various sizes established by clients for various purposes. Account Managers serve as one of the client's primary contacts, delivering a high level of customer service and is responsible for retention and expansion of relationship revenue as well as expense management. Oversees work processed by Investment Services support staff, Trust Operations and others to ensure activity within accounts is in accordance with governing agreements, regulatory and legal requirements, and within U.S. Bank procedural guidelines relative to new, existing and closing accounts.

Basic Qualifications

Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience

Typically four to six years of job-related experience, preferably in institutional trust and/or financial industry

Preferred Skills/Experience

Thorough knowledge of trust administration, products and sales

Thorough knowledge of account management, trust operations, project management, and legal regulations

Ability to develop new business

Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance

Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
