Provide first-level help desk support to provide support for all UNIT-supported systems.
Consult with students, faculty, and staff regarding issues with Villanova technology and systems.
Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions.
Log calls utilizing the TeamDynamix (TDX) ticket system.
Requirements:
Must be a graduate student. Some technical knowledge to support the IT infrastructure.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent customer service skills.
Summer, Fall, and Spring position.
UNIT will provide all training.
