We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician located in Warren, MI. This person will be responsible for the day to day customer service. They will support and troubleshoot technical issues for both internal and external customers. They will contribute to the development of documentation for process and procedures that aid in improving the efficiency of meeting users needs.
