In this role, you'll be at the heart of our mission - administering health insurance benefits and providing exceptional support to our members and healthcare providers.
Our representatives handle a high volume of inbound calls (50-60 daily), assisting with inquiries related to claims, benefits, and eligibility.
Start: 11/03
Pay: $21.00/Hr
Training: Three weeks in length, Monday - Friday from 9:00am-3:30pm
Schedule: Will be assigned 8-hour shift Monday - Friday between 7:00am - 7:00pm.
Location: Bloomington, MN
Duration: Contract position, currently set through 1/31/2026. Potential for permanent opportunity based on performance

1+ year of Customer Service Call Center Experience

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
