Global Account Manager

The Global Account Manager reports to the Manager of Sales and is responsible for driving revenue growth within an existing customer base across international markets, with a strong emphasis on upselling and expanding relationships. You will partner with leading global brands across EMEA & APAC, acting as a trusted advisor and helping customers unlock greater value from our solutions. This is a unique opportunity to manage a diverse set of accounts worldwide. Success requires a balance of strategic thinking, adaptability to different cultures, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand Accounts: Develop and execute account plans that identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and strengthen long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple regions and industries.
  • Engage Globally: Navigate cultural nuances and business practices to drive outcomes in varied international markets.
  • Partner Internally: Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to deliver seamless solutions for clients.
  • Sales Operations: Manage your pipeline and forecast accurately using Salesforce, ensuring visibility into global opportunities.
  • Flexibility: Work across time zones with adaptability to meet the needs of global customers.
  • Represent the Company: Attend trade shows and occasional client visits to represent the brand and foster growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in Account Management or a Sales role with a strong focus on upsell and expansion.
  • SaaS Expertise: Proven experience managing accounts in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
  • Global Mindset: Ability to work effectively with international customers, respecting cultural and business differences.
  • Industry Background (Preferred): Familiarity with FMCG, distribution, health & beauty, or food & beverage sectors.
  • Tech-Savvy: Salesforce proficiency and comfort working with modern sales tech tools.
  • Strong Communicator: Clear, persuasive, and confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Independent & Driven: Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work across time zones.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
