ERS is seeking a Health Benefits Plans Account Manager to perform moderately complex (journey-level) program management specialist work involving health plan management for assigned programs in the Group Benefits Program (GBP). Work involves coordinating, implementing, and overseeing the daily operations of the assigned benefit programs; vendor performance management to the terms and conditions of the Contractual Agreement; providing consultative and programmatic assistance to management. Works in a collaborative team environment, under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) certification. Individuals who do not have this certification must obtain it within twelve (12) months of hire date. Must maintain valid certification for continued employment in position.
