As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for customers-helping them navigate their service requests and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll work onsite four days a week with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays. Seating is pit-style or cubby-style to encourage collaboration and support.
Training is fully in-office for 2-6 weeks (8 AM-5 PM or 7 AM-4 PM), and once ramped up, your start time may vary between 6 AM and 8 AM to support both East and West Coast customers.
This position begins as a contract role with the potential to convert into a permanent position based on performance and business needs-making it a great launchpad for career progression.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
