The director of construction technical services will have single point accountability for leading and delivering on their team's responsibilities. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to your team toward meeting these objectives.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, technology or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree
Certified technical training is highly preferred
Minimum 15 years of experience working in the field in the engineering and construction of heavy-industrial process facilities
An understanding of construction-oriented means, methods, codes and standards
Experience interpreting home office engineering documents for construction purposes
Understanding of commercial requirements and constraints on e/ep/epc/epcm projects
Experience working on large project in an epcm environment
